This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Application Management Services Support for GIS Map Gallery.

The Map Gallery application is an online provincial application for Economic Development, Investment and Trade, Resource Development Division Economic Development, Investment and Trade, Resource Development Division promoting MB as the place to invest, develop and grow a strong dynamic Mining, Mineral and Petroleum sector that contributes wealth to both Industry and Manitoba.

The successful vendor must work closely with Economic Development, Investment and Trade, Resource Development Division and Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) to provide the following services.
1.         Ongoing maintenance and Support of the application including Break / Fix and minor enhancements.
2.         Major functionality enhancements
3.         Vulnerability Risk Assessments, mitigation and / or remediation.
4.         Vitality projects and assistance upon request, subject to department approval
