Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Health and Seniors Care, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide:
Professional Services for the development of a comprehensive capital Master Plan (the Plan) for the Bannatyne Campus located within the general boundaries of Notre Dame Avenue, Elgin Avenue, Sherbrook Street and Tecumseh Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

A Plan that looks at the Bannatyne Campus as an integrated whole while understanding and balancing the competing needs and future priorities of all Campus stakeholders.

An independent expert review, options analysis and recommendations complete with capital cost estimates in response to the specific campus planning context aligned to prioritized strategic directions. In addition, the Plan shall address the potential consequences of not implementing components of the Plan in the form of risk, impacts and costs against operational and service level needs/goals.

Manitoba may enter into concurrent negotiations with the up to the top four highest ranked Proponents.
