Custom Designed Metal shelving for OFC Rescue Trailer
Specifications:
# Shelving to accommodate rescue equipment and materiel carried in a
response trailer designed for technical rescue activities.
Government of Manitoba is looking for custom shelving to be built and
installed. Successful proponent will build and install the custom
shelving. Trailer Will be provided to successful proponent to do the
final design and installation.
Dimensions and Requirements for custom shelving:
·,,Two custom aluminum lumber racks accessible from rear of trailer

Width - 24" (inside)
Height - 8'
Length - 16'
·,,Must be able to accommodate:
·,,12 trench rescue panels which consist of a 4" x 8" x 5/8" engineered
wood panel with a 2" x 12" x 12' LVL backer on center (LVL: laminated
veneer lumber)
·,,12 sheets of 4" x 8" x ¾" Plywood
·,,10 x 7" x 7" x 16' LVL beams (note these are actual dimensions, not
nominal)
·,,6 x 4" x 6" x 16' posts

All products supplied are subject to inspection prior to acceptance.
Manitoba reserves the right to reject any products, after final
inspection that does not meet the specification requested.
