MANDATORY SUBMISSIONS:
1) SAMPLE
# All submitted bids will include one (1) production sample of a Brass
carcass stamp meeting the specifications outlined within this tender and
delivered to the stated address below by no later than 1600hrs on the
close of the bid submission date, July 22nd, 2024.
# The sample will be assessed on uniformity with tender material and
consistency of engraving quality. Bids that do not meet the standards
provided within this tender request will be rejected.

TAGS SPECIFICATIONS & SAMPLE INFORMATION
1. Quantity of total order will not exceed 23 stamps.
2. Stamps will be made from brass type 1.5# by 1.5#.
3. Stamps will include the MB crest (bison in middle.
See drawings.
4. All text on tag must be clearly legible.
5. "MANITOBA" #APPROVED#, #MAN# will be capitalized.
6. Stamp will rest on 11.5# long aluminum handle.
7. For sample piece, stamp without the Bison and handle will be
accepted.
8. Numbering would be provided to a successful bidder.
9. Corners are to be rounded and will not have any sharp or
jagged edges or burrs that will pose an unnecessary handling
risk.
10.Manufactured in a manner so as not to fade, crack, weather<(>,<)>
corrode or otherwise unacceptably deteriorate over an
extended period of time.

QUOTATION EVALUATION:
Generally, the lowest overall price of an acceptable item(s) in
accordance with the terms & conditions of the RFQ will be awarded the
order.
Quotations will also be evaluated based on suitability of unit offered
compared to the end user's needs, product specifications, delivery,
warranty, price, quality of the bidder's performance in past awards and
any other terms & conditions indicated on this RFQ.
Failure to provide adequate information to evaluate the item offered may
be cause for rejection of your quote by the Manitoba Government
(Manitoba). Suitability selection to be at Manitoba's sole discretion.
QUALITY / ACCEPTABILITY
All products supplied are subject to inspection prior to acceptance.
Manitoba reserves the right to reject any products, after final
inspection that does not meet the specification requested.
