Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Mental Health, Wellness and Recovery, requests Consulting services to conduct an inventory and mapping process for Manitoba’s mental health and addiction (MHA) services to organize them into a stepped care model. A stepped care model is a method of organizing treatment services so the most effective and efficient service is easily accessible and available to the client. The consultant would also be required to examine gaps and redundancies in the system to inform a basis for future funding decisions.

Negotioation may form part of final contract award.
