28945 - RFSA - Records Digitization and Reformatting Services

The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”) as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Services, is carrying out the procurement in this Request for Supply Arrangement (“RFSA”) on behalf of the following public sector organizations, collectively referred to as the “Buying Group” and individually as a “Buying Group Member” or “BGM”:
 The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”)
 Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board (“Manitoba Hydro”);
 The City of Winnipeg (“the City”);
 The Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation (“MPI”);
 Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation (“MBLL”); and
 Shared Health Inc. (“Shared Health”).
Each Buying Group Member is currently working to convert records to digital formats in order to improve accessibility and retrieval of documents and records and support a digital work environment. The services required for this RFSA can be done either on-site or off-site. For off-site services, Vendor will be responsible for the transportation of documents directly from BGMs’ facility to the Vendor’s facility for records digitization and reformatting services. Vendor will be responsible for the return of the documents from the Vendor’s facilities back to BGMs’ location.
