Description

The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”) on behalf of the Buying Group seeks to identify and select Proponent(s) to provide the Wide Area Network (WAN) Services (“WAN Services”).

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Submissions from qualified Proponents to identify and select Proponents to provide the WAN Services on behalf of the following:

Government of Manitoba;
Manitoba Education Research and Learning Information Networks (MERLIN);
The Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation (“MPI”);
Shared Health (“Shared Health”); and
Manitoba Hydro (“Hydro”).

(Collectively referred to as the “Buying Group” and individually as a “Buying Group Member” or “BGM”).

Manitoba, on behalf of BGMs, will enter into a Master Services Agreement (the “Master Services Agreement”) with the Proponent(s) who submits a Proposal that best meets the requirements and interests of BGMs in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in this RFP. Each BGM will issue a Statement of Work for the provision of the services at a particular circuit/site.
