Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, is issuing this Request for Proposals on behalf of the Buying Group to:

Pre-qualify potential proponents for a new Project Type to provide Public Private Partnership (P3) Technical Advisory Services to simplify procurement for these services that may be required from time to time by the BGMs; and
Identify a successful proponent to provide immediate Technical Advisory Services for the Manitoba School Project

The initial term of the Pre-Qualification agreement is effective until January 9, 2025, with two (2) optional One (1) year extensions.
