Description

The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to obtain submissions from prospective Vendors to identify an independent Intake Reviewer to evaluate Municipal Council’s Code of Conduct complaints received from municipalities within Manitoba, outside of the City of Winnipeg, on an “as and when needed” basis. The review will include receiving Municipal Code of Conduct complaints submitted by municipalities, providing analysis of the complaints in accordance with the municipality’s own Code of Conduct by-law and applicable Manitoba legislation, and providing decisions back to the submitting municipality within a reasonable time period (no more than 30 days).In addition to providing “as and when” required evaluation of Code of Conduct complaints, the successful Vendor will be required to provide to Manitoba quarterly and annual summary reports.

Agreement will be in effect from the date that both parties sign the Agreement up until March 31, 2025.
