29475 - Provision of Courier and Postal Services

Scope of Services
This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Courier and Postal Services, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.

The purpose of this solicitation is to identify and evaluate Vendors that can provide the deliverables described in this solicitation and for Manitoba to enter into a separate contract with Vendor(s) whose submissions are judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Vendor(s) will provide Courier and Postal Services for various service level demands with geographical scopes of Local, Inter-Office, Provincial, National, International, and other related products and services to fulfill obligations as Vendor(s) to the Buying Group Members.

Mandatory Site Visit
Bidders are advised that a mandatory site visit will be required for Scope 2 (Inter-office) of the solicitation and will be held at MDA’s facility, 7-1715 St. James Street, Winnipeg MB on June 16th, 2023 commencing at 10:00am which requires Bidder’s attendance. It should be clearly noted that Bidders not in attendance shall be disqualified from Scope 2 of the tender process and will receive no further consideration for submissions relating to Scope 2 of the solicitation.
