Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada currently has a Tender Notice to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the purchase of Office Paper to Federal Government Departments and Identified Users on an if and when required basis. This Standing offer will incorporate the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI) which allows users from the Provinces and Territories to become part of this Supply Arrangement. Currently the Province of Manitoba and some MASH sector entities in Manitoba have requested to be part of the Supply Arrangement. The Government of Manitoba, and the users identified on https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/EPS-21-WS3210044618-Doc3210080399 , are considering participating in a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the purchase of Office Paper.

Vendors interested in participating in this RFSO are directed to the Government of Canada tendering site at https://buyandsell.gc.ca. Do not send responses to Manitoba.

The period of the supply arrangement will be for one year with a one year optional extension at the discretion of Public Works and Government Services Canada.

The applicable trade agreements are indicated in the notice on the Gov’t of Canada website “Buyandsell.gc.ca”.

All questions regarding this RMSO are to be submitted online as per the tender instructions.

This notice will not be updated on MERX; interested vendors are to use the links above to monitor the Government of Canada tendering site for any changes.
