28863 - Maintenance and Service of Fish Hatchery HOD UV Treatment Systems

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Northern Development, requests Bids from qualified Bidders meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide:

1. Annual site visits to both Swan Creek and Whiteshell facilities:
   1. Annual maintenance service, including:
      1. Replacement of Consumables – including scheduling, supplying, installing and training on the installation of consumables - using Atlantium parts;
      2. Replacement of components - including scheduling, supplying, installing and training on the installation of replacement parts, as appropriate - using Atlantium parts;
      3. Replacement of other components - including scheduling, supplying, installing and training on the installation of other components - using OEM parts;
          
2. Annual on-site training and / or refresher training to head office (as appropriate), Whiteshell and Swan Creek fish culture staff;
    
3. On-going technical support;
    
4. Emergency visit contingency;
