1. 1. The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services is issuing this Stage 2 Request for Proposals (“RFP2”) to Pre-Qualified Service Providers for Proposals from a Prime Consultant to lead an interdisciplinary team of consultants, providing the full scope of architectural & engineering services for the installation of the new live fire training burn structure at the Manitoba Emergency Services College Practical Training Site at 105 Agnew Drive, Brandon, Manitoba, (the “Project”).
