Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Manitoba Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Servicess, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solution (including the associated project delivery and implementation services).
Manitoba intends to engage a Proponent that has the capability and proven expertise to provide, configure, implement, and support an industry best practice-based Governance, Risk and Compliance solution that best meets the business, technical, implementation, and operational requirements described in this RFP.

As per Manitoba’s Cloud-first policy, Manitoba is seeking a cloud-based solution.

The contract will cover services to complete the initial GRC platform implementation of the solution and for the ongoing support of the solution based on a term of one (1) year with the option to extend for four (4) additional periods of twelve (12) months each. The decision to exercise the optional terms shall be at the sole discretion of Manitoba.
