Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete modernization of a single hydraulic elevator as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

The work is being done in a 2 storey building located at 75 McIntosh Street East, Lac du Bonnet, MB. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Date and Time: June 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet at the front door prior to 11:00 am to sign the site attendance sheet.

Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at chris.cruz@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.

Deadline for registration is the end of the business day June 25, 2024.

If proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact.
Deadline for questions is July 11, 2024 at 4:00 pm local time. All questions are to be submitted to the RFP Contact via email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is July 18, 2024 at 2:00:00 pm local time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
