This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete modernization of a single hydraulic elevator as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”). The work is being done in in a 2 storey building located at 22 PR 248 Fannystelle, MB. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Location: 22 PR 248 Fannystelle, MB
Date and Time: June 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet in front of building located at 22 PR 248 Fannystelle, MB prior to 10:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet. Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at chris.cruz@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. Deadline for registration is the end of the business day on June 12, 2024 .

If proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact.
Deadline for submission of questions is June 20, 2024. Questions are to be submitted via email to the RFP Contact at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.
Submission deadline is June 28, 2024 at 2:00:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
