Description

The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”) and other public sector organizations, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, request proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) to provide Corrective and Emergency HVAC services. The intent of the RFSO is to select up to 4 Proponents that will, on a standing offer basis (as and when requested), provide Corrective and Emergency HVAC services to the Buying Group Members.
