2024-61-7811-P - Asphalt Parking Lot, Hitching Rail, and Fencing Replacement

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an asphalt parking lot, hitching rail and fencing replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

The work is being done in 400 Langside Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction.

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees,  officers, agents, elected  or appointed  officials,  or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Date and Time:  August 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet at 400 Langside Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba prior to 11:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet.
Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at Brian.Stoesz@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.
Deadline for registration is the end of business day August 28, 2024 .
Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded. 
Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.

Deadline for Questions is: September 5, 2024 at 4:00 PM local time All questions must be submitted to the RFP Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.
Bid Submission Deadline is: September 12, 2024 at 2:00:00 PM CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements
