Description

The objective of this procurement is to secure an organization and/or individual consultant, best positioned to administer home modification program for seniors in Manitoba. This is aimed at providing financial assistance to eligible low and moderate-income seniors or families who have seniors living with them in their homes. The program is proposed to have a nominal annual budgeted amount of $1.5 million for approximately 200-300 modifications. This will be used by a licensed provider in the provision and administration of home modification grants to enable seniors’ complete basic living tasks such as eating, bathing, toileting and mobility of allowing them remain in their homes and age-in-place longer.
