Description

The supply and installation of a new Parking Control System at the Manitoba Centennial Centre underground parkade. The work will consist of two Phases: Supply Phase, and Installation. Supply Phase will procure system components, program and test equipment. Installation Phase will prepare the site, install equiment, test and commission equipment on site. The work also comprises of select demolition work, installation of conduit, electrical components and cabling, installation of paystations and parking control equipment at parkade with one set of entry/exit ramps.

Proposal to be in two sections:
1) The Bid:
a.    The form for fees by using Proposal Form, Schedule A
2) Statement of Qualifications completed with the following criterions:
a.    Cover Letter
b.    Firm description and background
c.    Roles and Responsibilities of those who will be involved with this project
d.    Resume/CV of those involved with summary of credential and similar projects completed (max. 1 page per person)
e.    Approach to the work in relation to scheduling, budgeting and installation
f.     Three references from owners of similar successfully completed projects. Include Project Name, Type and Size, Location, Owner Name, Owner Contact information (phone number and email).
Submit one original proposal signed under seal, with two copies of the proposal, all of which are enclosed in one envelope. Envelope to be submitted in person to the Owner located at:
