J.H. Bruns Collegiate Roof Envelope Upgrade
Drawings, specifications and addenda will be available in electronic format, online only,
at the following sources:

A public Notice to Bidders shall be made noting the availability of drawings,
specifications, and addenda, at the above noted locations, as well as through:
- MERX Canadian Public Tenders: www.merx.com
Mandatory site examinations will be by appointment in 1-hour time slots, from
8:00am until 4:00pm, with the Owner’s representative, and scheduled for
December 9 and 10, 2020. Bidders should contact Marcel Sylvestre, Manager of
Facilities, to schedule a site visit.
The tender is to close at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Any tenders received
after the time of closing will not be opened and will be returned to the sender.
Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as follows:
