Please be advised that the Pembina Trails School Division will be tendering the École Charleswood School - Crawlspace Renovation project. The project is to remediate approximately 8,000 square feet of crawlspace that includes the excavation of the existing crawlspace, providing underpinning piles, deepening grade beams and providing a ground cover. Also included is reinforcing 800 square feet of roof constructed with wood joists and glulam beams.
