Description

The Pembina Trails School Division will be tendering the Crane School & Oakenwald School Roof Reinforcing project.
The project is to reinforce approximately 720 square feet of an open web steel joist roof structure at each school. The project will also include the removal and replacement of existing ceilings, mechanical and electrical with the renewal of one air handling unit at each school.
The area of the schools that are being reinforced had been constructed using the same drawings, and this resulted in a similar scope of work at each school. The work is being tendered as a single package and will be awarded to one General Contractor.
