Description

Harsimranjit Lali is calling tenders for the 303 Armstrong Avenue site development project in the Town of Halton Hills, Ontario. Tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. CST on November 18, 2022. Tenders are to be emailed to Matt Fisher at mfisher@jrcc.ca.

A partial listing of the works is as follows:
    1.   Installation of wastewater sewer, water and land drainage sewer servicing.
    2.   Site grading and construction of an asphalt parking lot and associated drainage and retaining walls.
    3.   Completion of landscaping and parking lot lighting works.

Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
