Description

The Opaskwayak Cree Nation is calling tenders for the Amisk West Subdivision – Phase 1 project.

Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on December 17, 2021 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd., 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, MB.

Works generally include:

Supply and installation of a Wastewater Sewer Collection System
Supply and installation of a Watermain Distribution System
Supply and installation of a Land Drainage Sewer System
Construction of asphalt roadway c/w concrete curb and gutter, and boulevard grading.
Lot grading and perimeter drainage.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at the Amisk West Subdivision site starting at 11:00 a.m. on December 9, 2021. Contractors are to meet at the south end of the subdivision on Kichi Maskanow Road.

Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
