The Chief and Council of the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation are calling tenders for construction of a water treatment plant and water and sewer piping in the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation.
Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on May 24, 2019 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC), 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, MB.

The works for this project include the construction of a new 736 sq m water treatment plant with a pre-engineered steel building and a below-ground concrete reservoir, all mechanical/electrical works related to the new water treatment equipment, new piping and associated works, a new 72 sq m wood frame truckfill building, demolition of the existing water treatment plant, and approximately 4000 m of water piping, 1300 m of gravity sewer mainline, 2050 m of sewer forcemain, 41 water and sewer service lines, 2500 cubic meters of bedrock removal, 3 pipe water crossings and a new raw water intake, and 1600 m of gravel road construction.
A pre-tender meeting will be held onsite on May 13, 2019. Contractors wishing to reserve a seat on a pre-arranged charter flight are to confirm attendance to the project manager (Sheldon Sauve - sheldon@pmgroup.ca, ph 204-949-5156). A limited number of seats are available and contractors are responsible to pay their portion of the charter costs.
