P-728.02 - Design/Build Services for Upgrades of Two Water Treatment Plants

The Chief and Council of the Pinaymootang First Nation are submitting a request for proposals for design/build services of water treatment plant upgrades for two water treatment plants in the Pinaymootang First Nation. 

Sealed proposals will be received up to 2:00 p.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on November 6, 2020 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC), 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, MB.

Works generally include:
The works for this project include the design and construction of WTP upgrades consisting of new membrane water treatment systems with average daily flows of 62.2 m3/day at the Townsite WTP and 35.5 m3/day at the New Road North WTP. For each plant, the works also include building expansions, well capacity assessments of the existing wells, additional groundwater wells, all mechanical/electrical works related to the new water treatment equipment, new piping and associated works, new UV disinfection systems, new above ground reservoirs, and decommissioning of the existing water treatment equipment. One system will require connection to the existing pressure sewer system, and one system will require construction of a new septic field.
