Sealed Proposals will be received at the IERHA Capital Planning Office up to Thursday, July 27, 2017 before 2:00:00 pm local time for the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA) - Feasibility Study - Selkirk & District General Hospital located at 100 Easton Drive in Selkirk, Manitoba.

Project Description:
The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA) requires prime consultant services for a Feasibility Study for repurposing the Selkirk & District General Hospital; including a comprehensive review and assessment of the building and mechanical/electrical systems, and a recommendation for the scope of work, with Class D cost estimate, for repurposing of the Selkirk & District General Hospital in Selkirk, Manitoba.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager from the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA), the Prime Consultant will lead and coordinate all aspects of the feasibility study activities, with an emphasis on evaluation of risks. This will include collaborating with Manitoba Health and the IERHA during noted stages of the Study, and providing submissions and presentations on behalf of the IERHA.
The project includes the site and a total gross department building area of approximately 84,420 square feet including 51,630 square feet on the main floor and 30,790 square feet on the 2nd floor.
The IERHA is directing this Request for Proposal to consultant firms with extensive experience in projects of this type and scope.
Responses will be evaluated and selected proponents may be interviewed leading to a contract for services.
Milestone Dates:
Request for Proposal (RFP) Release: June 16th, 2017.
Non-Mandatory Site Tour: 2:00 PM, July 6, 2017 at the Selkirk & District General Hospital front entrance, 100 Easton Drive, Selkirk, MB.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Close: no later than 2:00 pm CST, Thursday, July 27, 2017.
