Project Overview
Grandview Municipality is in the Central Parkland Region of Manitoba. The Municipality is bordered to the north by the Duck Mountain Provincial Park and to the south by the Riding Mountain National Park.
We are home to the Grandview Medical Clinic, Grandview Personal Care Home, and Grandview District Hospital.
These health care facilities provide services to the Municipality as well as the surrounding districts including Gilbert Plains, Tootinaowaziibeeng Treaty Reserve, as well as residents of Roblin and Dauphin.
Services range from acute care, outpatient services, diagnostic services, emergency medical services,
primary care services, and long-term residential care.
RFP Requirements
This RFP seeks to select a recruiting firm capable of assisting in the hiring of Physician/s. The proposal should be a complete service package from discovery straight through to delivery of services.
Your proposal should include;
1. Background information and relevant experience of principal team leaders
2. Details of recruitment process
3. Fee structure, including breakdown of fees per physician recruited
Grandview Municipality reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information if required. All costs associated with the response shall under no circumstances, be passed onto the Grandview Municipality.
Grandview Municipality may cancel this RFP process without liability at any time prior to the execution of a written agreement with the successful respondent(s).
Grandview Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
The lowest bid may not ensure a winning proposal.
Proposals submitted after the deadline may not be considered/accepted.
Grandview Municipality may consider community benefits and added values beyond those accomplished by the core project.
