Event Note

There will be a mandatory Site Examination for General Contractors and Mechanical and
Electrical Subcontractors on TUESDAY DEC. 1, 2020. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders
that have not attended the mandatory Site Examination.
This project is located at Collège Louis-Riel 585 St.Jean Baptiste Street, Wpg., MB., and is a
proposed 34sm, 2 storey Exit Stair Addition and Interior Alternations (including new Elevator,
interior stairs, WC’s and Administration renovations). The Addition is to be a concrete block with
steel structure on a concrete grade beam and pile foundation system. Estimated Project Budget
is $1.2 million.
Attendees to email Derrick Finch derrick@prairiearchitects.ca to register for specific
Site Tour Time. Multiple Tours will be scheduled throughout the day to keep number of
participants reasonable for social distancing purposes.

Sealed tenders will be received at the office of Prairie Architects Inc. at Unit 101-139 Market
Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3B OP5, T: 204-956-0938, Tuesday, December 15, 2020, before
2:00:00 PM Central Standard Time.
Bids can be dropped off anytime up until the closing time. General Contractors
submitting a bid will not be permitted to wait inside the premises up until the bid closing
time. Masks are required to enter the premises.
