Description

The 3rd Ave SW Parking Area improvement project is re-paving The Parking Area that runs along the south edge of 3rd Ave from PTH 16A to the grass boulevard west of the Care Home and consists of all the work necessary to complete each item as specified below:
a. Perform any required shaping of subgrade or subbase to include compaction.
b. If required, haul away any excess material to the Minnedosa Public Works Yard.
c. Supply and place 3” of asphalt approximately 500’ x 30’.
d. The Parking Area shall be shaped to provide good slope for water drainage. The existing parking area has a sloped drainage swale running through the length of the Parking area.
