1123-2019 - Washroom Renovation - 2021 Main Street

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of washroom renovations at Kildonan
Park Golf Course Clubhouse.
D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Replace plumbing and electrical fixtures and accessories;
(b) Create new walls;
(c) Finish work such as flooring, wall tile, painting.
D2.3 The funds available for this Contract are $75,000.
D2.4 Work can be completed during normal working hours. The Clubhouse building will be closed for
the golf season, and the building will continue to have heat and power.
D2.5 Work shall include all labour, material, equipment and services required for the project to be
complete and functional.
D2.6 Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all measurements and dimensions.
D2.7 Contractor shall arrange and pay for all necessary permits and inspections, and obtain all
necessary approvals of the installation and operation. On completion of the Work, submit
Certificates of Acceptance from Authority Having Jurisdiction to the Contract Administrator
