D4. SCOPE OF SERVICES
D4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of, but not be limited to, professional Services (including specialty consultants’ services) for the Project in accordance with the following:
(a) Schematic Design/Program of Requirements;
(i) All design related coordination
(ii) Site and building survey/assessment; verification of existing conditions
(iii) Facility programming (assess, validate, confirm facility program of requirements)
(iv) Project development scheduling
(v) Project budget review
(vi) Review of sustainable design goals
(vii) Land Development, Re-Zoning and/or Variance review with City (if required)
(viii) Legal survey (arranged by Consultant, procured by the City)
(ix) Geotechnical analysis (arranged by Consultant, procured by the City)
(x) Review of alternative design approaches
(xi) Architectural schematic design
(xii) Integrated Design Process
(xiii) Special studies (arranged by Consultant, procured by City: Environmental Assessment, etc.)
(xiv) Project management for this Consultant Contract
(xv) Structural design concepts
(xvi) Mechanical design concepts
(xvii) Electrical design concepts
(xviii) Civil design concepts
(xix) Landscape design concepts
(xx) Data / Communication design concepts
(xxi) Security system design concepts
(xxii) Universal Design concepts
(xxiii) Furnishings and Equipment concepts
(xxiv) Instrumentation / Control design concepts
(xxv) Coordination with Commissioning Agent(s) (arranged and procured by the City)
(xxvi) Authorities Having Jurisdiction – consultation/review/approval
(xxvii) Construction Cost Estimate – provide Class 3 estimate plus Class of Estimate validation/analysis (refer to City Investment Planning documentation)
