Description

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of:

Hamilton Avenue Bridge Outfall – West Bank (S-MA70138632)
1. Removal and replacement of (+/-) 14.9 m of existing 300 mm diameter CMP with (+/-) 13.2 m of 300 mm diameter CMP with polymer coating
2. Connect new 300 mm diameter CMP to existing manhole using WS-30 Grout Ring
3. Removal and replacement of standard manhole frame and cover (AP-004 and AP- 006)
4. Installation of 300 mm diameter external slip joint
5. Installation of Turf Reinforcement Mat
6. Installation of rockfill riprap
7. Installation of rockfill shear key
8. Repair of slip surfaces
9. Repair sink hole
10. Remove and abandon existing 300 diameter culvert
11. Riverbank regrading
12. Removal and replacement of lower asphalt pathway
13. Site restoration
