B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at
the Site at 9 A.M. on March 18th , 2024 to provide Bidders access to the Site. Bidders to meet at
the south side entrance on William Avenue.
B3.2 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all site visit attendees. PPE to include
Safety Eyewear, Safety Headwear, Safety Footwear, Safety Vests and Gloves.
B3.3 All Bidders that plan to attend the Site Visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator
via email to confirm their attendance, minimum two (2) Calendar Days before the scheduled site
visit. Refer to D6.1 for contact information.
B3.4 The Bidder is advised that the Contract for Market Lands Mixed Use Building has been awarded to
Concord Projects as the Construction Manager and is scheduled to be complete or partially complete
during the Work of this Contract.
B3.5 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site
investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct observation, or is
provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
B3.6 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all
conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk
for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been
determined through such inspection.
