Description

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of replacement of building systems at St.
James Civic Centre, 2055 Ness Avenue.

D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Mechanical and electrical building systems are replaced and relocated. New

Mechanical/Electrical service room is created on the 2nd floor.

(b) Abatement of hazardous materials.
(c) Roof replacements.
(d) Renovations to the entry hall, corridors, and washrooms.

D2.3 Contractor shall arrange and pay for all necessary permits and inspections, and obtain all
necessary approvals of the installation and operation. On completion of the Work, submit
Certificates of Acceptance from the Authority(s) Having Jurisdiction to the Contract
Administrator.
