B3 SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 The Bidder is advised that access to the Rivergate Drive Outfall site is restricted as private
property authorization is required. As such, the Contract Administrator or an authorized
representative will be available on November 29, 2023 at the below noted timeslot to provide
Bidders access to the Site. As the site is currently under active construction, Bidders are
requested to park along Rivergate Drive and walk into the site. Bidders will be required to
wear PPE, including high visibility vest, hard hat, and steel toe boots. Viewing of the site is not
mandatory and is intended to further supplement the Site photos included in the appendices
and provide Bidder’s a better look at access constraints and existing site conditions.

B3.2 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site
investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct observation, or is
provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
B3.3 The Bidder/Proponent is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect their Bid/Proposal or their performance of the Work, and
shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been
or could have been determined through such inspection
