(ii) Dominion Street/Garfield Street Alley bounded by Wellington Avenue/Dominion Street/Garfield Street N/Sargent Avenue
(iii) Dufferin Avenue/Jarvis Avenue Alley bounded by Powers Street/Dufferin Avenue/Jarvis Avenue/Salter Street
(iv) Lipton Street/Banning Street Alley bounded by Yarwood Avenue/Lipton Street/Banning Street/Wellington Avenue
(v) Westminster Avenue/Dundurn Avenue Alley bounded by Walnut Street/Westminster Avenue/Dundurn Place/Maryland Street
(b) Local Improvement
(i) Ferndale Avenue/Claremont Avenue Alley The block bounded by Ferndale Avenue, Claremont Avenue, Kirkdale Street and Highfield Street

(a) Part 1 – Alley Renewals
(b) Part 2 – Local Improvements
(i) Residential Surface Works
(ii) City of Winnipeg Paid Works
(iii) Drainage and Underground Works
(c) Part 3 – Mobilization/Demobilization
D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Part 1 - Alley Renewal
(i) Remove existing concrete pavement;
(ii) Installation of land drainage pipe, manholes, catch basins and catch pits where required;
(iii) Removal of any existing manholes, catch basins and catch pits;
(iv) Land drainage sewer excavations jetted, flooded and tamped;
(v) Televise new land drainage sewer pipe;
(vi) Excavation;
(vii) Compaction of sub-grade;
