Description

The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of concrete pavement on an existing granular base roadway in the City of Winkler for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The major items of Work are:

Northlands Parkway Concrete Pavement Construction – Approx. 9,350 m2.
15th Street Concrete Pavement Construction – Approx. 2,340 m2
Adora Avenue Concrete Pavement Construction – Approx. 3,620 m2

2.2          Only hand delivered tenders will be accepted.
2.3          Bids submitted after the above time will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
2.4          Bids will be opened and read in public at a location, time and date as specified above.
2.5          Bids will be analyzed by the Owner after which a Contact may or may not be awarded, subject to the discretion of the Owner.
2.6          The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
