The Scope of Work is as follows:

Construct 334m of trenchless 375mmØ sewer main, with 5 new manholes.
Connect 9 existing sewer mains to new manholes with external drop connections as required.
Connect 6 existing sewer services to new sewer main.
Boulevard and granular road base restoration at excavation locations.

must be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Engineering Department offices of the City of Winkler before the Bid Closing Time of 2:00 p.m. local time on Mar 26th, 2020.

Any Bids received after the Bid Closing Time or not deposited in Tender Box shall be returned to the Bidder unopened.

Bid Documents shall be available from the office of the Director of Engineering, City Hall.

The Owner and the Contract Administrator shall not be responsible for lost or misplaced Bids, or amendments to Bids, if it hasn’t been placed in the Tender Box by the Bidder.
