INVITATION TO TENDER
Project Description
The work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of an extension of a gravel parking lot in the City of Winkler for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
The major items of Work are as follows:

The grading and shaping of the existing gravel parking lot.
The construction of 9m extensions on both the north and south sides of the existing gravel parking lot.

The Owner is the City of Winkler.The Owner’s designated representative is Peter Froese, the Director of Works and Operations, located at 185 Main Street, Winkler, MB R6W 1B4, Phone: (204) 325-9524.

Project Location
The site of the Project is located in the City of Winkler along 15th Street as shown on the Tender Drawings.
