FIRE HALL EXPANSION PROJECT

Selkirk, Manitoba
Sealed bids for the construction of a 757m2 (8,148sf) Three Storey Addition and Interior Renovations to 22m2 (237sf) of the existing Firehall, will be received by City of Selkirk Office 200 Eaton Avenue, Selkirk MB., before 2pm local time as designated by clock at front reception desk, 2018 May 01.
All Prequalified General, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors intending to Bid are required to attend the site examination meeting, the date and time to be issued in Addendum. General, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors not in attendance are not eligible to Bid, and any submitted Bids will not be opened.
It is the responsibility of each Bidder to download all required digital content, including addenda, from the available online sources. No hard copies will be provided.

A Bid Bond of 10% (ten percent) of the Bid Price, with Consent of Surety, to accompany Bids.
