Description

The City of Flin Flon is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase of used Hydro-Vac Trucks.This unit will be performing a variety of hydro-excavation operations in all weather conditions twelve months of the year. The unit shall consist of a Positive Displacement (PD) blower vacuum system, a hydraulically driven high pressure water pump, an enclosed sealed body for storage of collected debris and equipped with a self-contained water supply as the source for the water pump system. The preffered specifications for the Hydro-Vac Trucks are as follows:

Model: Hydro-Vac Truck
Condition: Used
Year: 2015 or later
Hours: Less than 5,000 hours
Warranty: At least 90 days from date of delivery

The City may consider equipment not meeting this criteria if it is in good condition, has good maintenance record and warranty is provided.

All vendors who are interested in submitting a quote for the Hydro-Vac Trucks are required to provide the following information:

Year, make and model of the Hydro-Vac Trucks
Hours on the Hydro-Vac Trucks
Warranty available on the Hydro-Vac Trucks
Quote for the Hydro-Vac Trucks, including delivery in Flin Flon and all applicable taxes and fees
Delivery timeline
Maintenance records of the Hydro-Vac Trucks
Pictures of the Hydro-Vac Trucks

The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes submitted, waive any informalities or irregularities in the quotes received, and to accept any quote which, in the opinion of the City, is in the best interest of the City.
