Description
The City of Flin Flon is inviting quotations from qualified vendors for the procurement of Snow Blower Equipment that can either be standalone attachments for existing loaders or come as integrated units with a loader. These snow blowers should be capable of operating under extreme cold conditions and should have the power and durability to meet the City's snow clearing requirements.
We welcome quotes for both new and used equipment. Although we do not have specific product specifications, the equipment should demonstrate reliability, high performance, and cost-effectiveness under challenging winter conditions.
Requirements
General Criteria:

Capability to operate in very low temperatures
High-performance transmission to minimize energy loss and maintenance
Efficient impeller design to maximize engine power
Durable, rugged frame

Note: Vendors have the option to quote for standalone snow blower attachments, integrated loader-snow blower units, or both.
Terms and Conditions

All prices must be quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The City of Flin Flon reserves the right to select the vendor that best meets its needs, factoring in aspects like cost, features, delivery schedule, and reliability.
All quotations must include any ancillary costs, such as taxes and shipping fees.
The chosen vendor will be accountable for the safe, timely delivery of the selected products to the specified location.
The City of Flin Flon will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the quote.

Deadline for Submissions
Quotations must be submitted by no later than 2:00 pm local time on September 14, 2023.
