2019-02 - 2019 - Road Improvement Program

The City of Dauphin 2019 Road Improvement Program consists of the following projects:

• Marigold Street between Brown Avenue East and Davidson Avenue East. The road is approximately 207 m long by 7.600 m pavement width. The City of Dauphin requires a contractor to provide the reconstruction of all road work which includes excavation between curb & gutter, granular subbase and base, filter cloth and asphalt pavement.
• Brown Avenue East between #236 and Marigold Street. The road is approximately
  178 m long by 7.600 m pavement width. The City of Dauphin requires a contractor
  to provide the reconstruction of all road work which includes excavation between
  curb & gutter, granular subbase and base, filter cloth and asphalt pavement.
• 4th Avenue SW between 1st St SW and 2nd St SW. The road is approximately 178 m
  long by 10.080 m pavement width. The City of Dauphin requires a contractor to
  remove existing asphalt, excavate and remove 100mm of existing base, place new A-base granular compacted and 100mm asphalt pavement.
• 1st Street NE proposed road closure and cul-de sac as shown on drawing 2 of 2. The
  City of Dauphin requires a contractor to provide the reconstruction of all road work
  which includes all concrete curb & gutter, granular subbase and base, filter cloth and
  asphalt pavement.
• There is one site which is identified on drawing 1 of 2 showing locations for mill and
  overlay. They are for two streets: 7th Ave NW – Main St N to River Avenue West and
  River Avenue West – Hedderly St to Wellington Cresc.
