Carberry Memorial Hall

Background:
We are looking repair/upgrade the washrooms at the Carberry Memorial Hall.
Specifications:
We are seeking a price on the following:
“Stage Area Washrooms”

Replace sinks, faucets, vanity tops, lighting, and add entrance doors.
Paint walls and ceiling in washrooms.

“Social Area Washrooms”
Women’s washroom

Replace vanity tops, sinks/faucets, lighting, paint interior and door.

Men’s washroom

Replace vanity tops, sinks/faucets, 2 urinals, lighting, drywall on walls, stall partition.
Paint interior and door.

Accessible washroom

Create new washroom built to accessibility code.
Will need 1 toilet, vanity top with sink/faucets, shower, lighting, exhaust.

Labour and materials for the project.
PST and GST shall be included in the price.

Deadline for quotations is July 7th, 2021, at 4:30 pm.
