Description

This contract's scope includes the concept design, development of technology platform, development of content and integration into the Museum's environment. The supplier will implement in four separate activities which will be based on work completed during the previous phases of the overall project.
These activities are:
Activity 1: Project Start-Up and Concept Design
Activity 2: Development of Technology
Activity 3: Development of Content
Activity 4: Integration, Testing and Launch
These four activities need to be completed by November 30, 2017.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Submissions shall be submitted on, and in accordance with, forms supplied by the “Buying Organization”. All responses are to be submitted to the “Buying Organization” through the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed.

RFP Documents and all amendments will be available only through MERX distribution. Any response from a Proponent whose name does not appear on the official MERX document request list (i.e. who has not downloaded the documents themselves) will be declared invalid, and the Proposal will not be considered.
