Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified proponents to provide a White Label service to deliver Robotic Process Automations (RPA) to the Manitoba enterprise. This service includes the following:

- - Process Qualification & Scoping
  - Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
  - Configuration, Testing, & Deployment
  - Hyper care and production deployment
  - Production Operations & Support for the entire lifecycle of the RPA, including routine enhancements.
  - Decommissioning

Manitoba prefers a solution that is hosted in cloud. The cloud data centre must be located in Canada. Manitoba is expecting that the proponent will deliver RPA as a service and will act as a Manitoba RPA service delivery partner in delivering process automation projects for the enterprise. Manitoba expects the proponent’s RPA implementation team to provide the services to deliver working robotic process automations hosted and managed by the proponent’s RPA solution.

Manitoba is expecting that the proponent will provide end-to-end support and enhancements to the process automation ongoing throughout the lifecycle of the automation.
