The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Service Providers to provide augmented Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module and associated technologies and integrations.
Required AMS services for said application include planned application enhancements, mandatory operational activities, break/fix and changes, and incident response and resolution.
The engagement is for a two-year term with an option to extend the contract for another two-year term. Services will be provided remotely on an on-call basis.
Fixed Price Requirement:

The maximum number of hours to be used per year will not exceed 800 and the services will be paid at a fixed monthly fee. The Service Provider is required to provide a fixed monthly rate.
The monthly fixed price is exclusive of any unforeseen problems/issues. When the base annual 800 hours are exceeded due to unforeseen problems/issues, any extra work done will be on a time and material basis and the Service Provider is required to provide a blended rate, if multiple resources are required, for such work. Prior to commencing any such extra work, the Service Provider is required to inform Manitoba and obtain approval.
Due to the nature of this service, Manitoba intends to engage a Service Provider for AMS services that has the capability and proven expertise to plan and carry out the required application Maintenance and Support services.
