Assiniboine Community College (ACC) is seeking Proposals for the provision of professional
services from qualified Proponents with demonstrated ability, heritage building restoration
experience, and current post-secondary educational facilities experience to provide a Building
Condition Assessment on the Valleyview Building, located at ACC’s North Hill Campus in
Brandon, Manitoba. The purpose of the assessment is to determine costs to reuse the building
for as the colleges Prairie Innovation Centre (PIC).
